BASIC CAKE MIX COOKIES
1 Cake Mix (your choice)
1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
½ C oil
1 C or more mix ins (nuts, chips, raisins etc)
2 Eggs, Beaten
Blend ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 min.
*I always use parchment paper on my cookie sheets. They never stick and cook evenly.
